In each step you'll be given techniques and tools to help guide you into understanding the connection between what is preventing you from feeling confident and really knowing, feeling and embodying confidence as your natural state of being.
As an actor I wouldn't go on stage if I didn't know my lines. I would have given a terrible performance if I was disconnected to my feelings. I had to learn to use my body as my instrument, working with movement and my breath in order to 'just be' the part. If I hadn't warmed up and rehearsed my part I would not have been able to hold the stage for 3 hours.
These and other valuable techniques are part of the 3 Keys and ones I share with you over the course of the training.
